This study addresses a significant knowledge gap in understanding the effects of Task-specific enjoyment and anxiety conditions on the language mindset of Iranian EFL learners in a listening course. Using a quasi-experimental design, 75 male high school students were divided into three groups: a Task enjoyment (TE) group, a Task anxiety (TA) group, and a control group. The TE group participated in a low-stakes, autonomy-based listening Task designed to foster enjoyment, while the TA group completed a high-stakes, evaluative listening Task intended to induce anxiety. Data were collected using standardized instruments, including the Foreign Language enjoyment Scale (FLES), the Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS), and the Language Mindset Inventory (LMI). A series of T-tests and ANOVA were conducted to analyze pre- and post-test scores across the three groups. Results showed that the TE group experienced significantly higher levels of Task enjoyment and subsequently developed significantly stronger growth-oriented beliefs regarding overall linguistic intelligence and second language learning compared to both the TA and control groups. Conversely, the TA group exhibited significantly higher anxiety levels and a shift toward more fixed language mindsets. No significant differences were found between groups regarding beliefs about age sensitivity in language learning. These findings highlight the importance of considering Task-related emotions in language teaching and suggest that fostering enjoyment through autonomy-supportive Tasks can promote a growth mindset, while anxiety-inducing Tasks may reinforce fixed beliefs about language learning.

Efficient distribution of service requests between fog and cloud nodes considering user mobility and fog nodes’ overload is an important issue of fog computing. This paper proposes a heuristic method for Task placement considering the mobility of users, aiming to serve a higher number of requested services and minimize their response time. This method introduces a formula to overload prediction based on the entry-exit ratio of users and the estimated time required to perform current requests that are waiting in the queue of a fog node. Then, it provides a solution to avoid the predicted overloading of fog nodes by sending all delay-tolerant requests in the overloaded fog node’s queue to the cloud to reduce the time required for servicing delay-sensitive requests and to increase their acceptance rate. In addition, to prevent requests from being rejected when the mobile user leaves the coverage area of the current fog node, the requests in the current fog node’s queue will be transferred to the destination fog node. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method is effective in avoiding the overloading of the fog nodes and outperforms the existing methods in terms of response time and acceptance rate.

The spread of terrorism and continuation of human rights violation make people regardless of living in their land and place of residence looking forward safety and freedom in the other lands. International law let people who has well-founded fear of persecution and chasing in their countries to asylum to other countries, but there is no Task to accept refugee. This analytical-descriptive research shows that, the asylum seeker is responsible for proof of physical aspect. Totally the contrast of rule-based traditional national rights and approach of human rights in asylum process is visible. Some norms like guiding or helping refugees to third country or provide opportunities for entrance permission to third state will reduce traditional approach intensity. In fact the international correlation approach that is mentioned in the New-York declaration 2016, tries to establish significant balance between person ‘ right to refugee and sovereign right of destination state. In this case you cannot ignore the role of international institution like United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

According to Civil Code-Article 490-item 2, the lessee is obliged to use the object of lease for the purpose agreed upon in the lease, or if no purpose was specified, for the purpose of profit in the way indicated by the circumstances and conditions of the lease. In case the lessee breaches the lease and possibly not being preventable, according to the aforementioned Civil Code-Article 492, the lessor has the right to cancel the hire.The concept and meaning of the enjoyment of profit contrary to the thing hired and its consequences is not well established in civil code as well as the law concerning the relations between the lessor and the lessee legislated in the years 1977, 1983 and 1997, This paper attempts to discuss these issues from Islamic jurisprudent point of view.This article, indeed, discusses the concept and meaning of the enjoyment of profit contrary to the thing hired in three kinds of hire; things, persons and animals. It also explores the consequences of the enjoyment of the contrary and the sanction of the lessor's breach including the right of the lesser's breach, if it is not possible to prevent the lesser, the liability of the lessor to the object of lease and the liability of the lessor to the profit. Considering the lessor to pay both the specified wage and the average wage of the contradictory profit is a category argued based on the theory of the possibility of possessing contradictory profits, provided that the profit specified in the lease is in contrast with the enjoyed contradictory profit.

Background and Aim: During last decades one of the hazardous agents on workers’ health has been workplaces noise. The aim of this study was to investigate the level of noise exposure in different jobs and noise induced permanent threshold shift in relation to noise level and work experience.Method: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study that performed among total workers.Dosimeters were done for determination of accurate noise exposure level during an eight-hour s shift for each job group. Audiometry was performed in a standard acoustic room by the audiologist. The obtained data was analyzed by means of SPSS software.Results: Mean of age was 36.58±6.76 (19-52 years) and minimum, maximum and mean of work experience were 1, 18, 11.08±5.47 respectively. Mean of hearing loss was 15.38±8.63 in right ear and 16.31±9.51 in left ear and total hearing loss was 14.72±8.33. A significant relationship was also identified between noise intensity and work experience with hearing loss.Conclusion: Findings of this study indicated that there is a high prevalence of noise pollution in different parts of workplace. Considering the obtained results, that shows positive effect of noise and work experience on hearing loss, the necessity of improvement of control and protection measures is of prime importance.

Background and Objective:  Pain and sickness are undeniable facts in the material life. This study was aimed to evaluate Imam Sadjad's points of view about sickness. We would like to know if sickness can be an enjoyable or disgusting phenomenon. Materials and Methods:  With respect to the objectives of our study, research material comprised of Imam Sadjad trainings and Sahife Sajadieh worships. Therefore, we used the consistent method of evaluation as a qualification evaluation.Results: Regarding this study and evaluation of Sahife Sajadieh in this context, we obtained the following results:1- Sickness condition should be considered on the basis of theology. 2- Prevention of sickness is a rational, scholarly and sedative job.3- Patient can provide a basic context for treatment by sickness acceptance. 4- In the sickness philosophy outlook, sickness thanksgiving has a suitable locality. 5- Religious belief affords cheerfulness and satisfaction to the human, even in sickness condition. 6- Self-control toward sickness has special effects and blessing in the temporal and heavenly life. 7- A faithful and wise human use both prevention and treatment methods in the serious condition.Conclusion: Mankind is able to gain sickness enjoyment in the gleam of sickness philosophy in order to reach the health and relaxation. Of course, this rule and regulation are related to physical sickness and evaluation and therapy of mental disease need another research plan.
